Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “Trader”) and the Funded Note platform (“Service”), operated in India by Jahidul Islam Sk as an individual / sole-proprietorship operator (“Company”).
- By accessing the Service, purchasing a challenge, or logging into the dashboard, you agree to these Terms, the Official Rulebook, and our Legal policies.
- If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- If there is a conflict, the challenge-specific rulebook version in effect at purchase controls evaluation; these Terms govern all other matters.
Nature of service
Funded Note is an educational skill-assessment program based on a Nifty 50 index options simulation.
- All challenge and funded accounts are simulated (virtual) — no real capital is deployed on an exchange and no real brokerage orders are placed.
- Live market data is used only to support a realistic evaluation.
- The Company is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, portfolio manager, or stock broker.
- The Service does not provide stock tips, trading signals, research calls, price “targets”, or investment advice of any kind.
- Nothing on the platform should be treated as investment advice, an income guarantee, or a solicitation to trade real capital.
- Qualified-phase “payouts” are performance-based rewards paid from company revenue — not client money or pooled investments.
Eligibility & identity
- Users must be 18+ and residents of India.
- One person = one identity (PAN). Duplicate or false identity may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of fees.
- Maximum 3 active challenges per person at a time.
- You are responsible for keeping accurate name, email, phone, and payout details.
Challenges, funded phase & rules
Evaluation parameters (profit target, daily loss 4%, max drawdown 8%, max lots, optional SL/TP, open premium up to full balance, consistency, expiry rules, and prohibited strategies) are published in the Official Rulebook. A daily loss or drawdown breach causes the account to FAIL. The platform enforces these rules automatically.
- The rulebook version applicable at challenge purchase remains in force for the full duration of that challenge.
- On passing, a funded account is created; trading continues under the same daily loss, drawdown, and lots rules (SL optional, as stated in the rulebook).
- Prohibited conduct (including cross-account hedging, copy trading, news trading, and account sharing) may result in disqualification without refund. Synchronised trading by 3+ distinct traders on the same instrument within a short window is auto-failed with a written reason.
- Each account receives one free appeal within 48 hours of a decision; the documented outcome is final.
Fees & refunds
The challenge fee is charged for the skill-evaluation service. Once an account is created, the fee is generally non-refundable.
- Failed challenge: no refund; retry is allowed at the same 1% fee (no penalty and no hard limit under the rulebook).
- Payment succeeds but account creation fails technically: full refund after verification (typically 5–7 working days).
- If the active-challenge limit is exceeded, a successful payment may be refunded.
- Disqualification for rule violations: no refund.
- Refund requests: submit via Support with your payment ID.
Payouts (funded accounts)
Withdrawals are available only from funded-phase accounts through the Withdrawal desk. Payouts are performance-based rewards from company revenue — not client funds or SEBI-settled exchange payouts.
- Typical conditions: minimum 2.5% profit, payout requests on Monday and Tuesday (IST) only (other days locked), no open positions, automated compliance review; UPI usually within 24 hours after approval.
- The trader profit split is 95% to the trader and 5% to the platform (unless a specific level publishes a different split in the rulebook).
- Approved payouts are sent by UPI, usually within ≤24 hours.
- The Company may delay or withhold a payout during a rule-violation investigation (e.g. hedging, shared accounts) and will provide a written update.
- The Company may reject a payout for confirmed rule breaches, failed identity checks, ineligible account status, or abusive / duplicate requests.
- After a payout, the account balance may reset as described in the rulebook.
Acceptable use & security
- Keep your Google account credentials under your control. Account sharing is not allowed.
- Platform abuse, reverse engineering of risk engines, or fraud attempts may result in a ban and legal action.
- Trade and audit logs may be retained in immutable form for transparency and compliance.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”.
- The Company is not liable for losses arising from market data delays, outages, or third-party failures (payment, hosting, or data feed).
- Simulated results do not guarantee real trading performance.
- Where liability cannot be legally excluded, maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected challenge.
Modifications
The Company may update these Terms. Active users will be notified of material changes (email and/or dashboard). Continued use after notice means acceptance.
- For already purchased challenges, the published rulebook version remains locked where the rulebook so provides.
- Platform-wide policies (privacy, refund process, support channels) follow the latest published version.
