Name, email, phone number, PAN (for payout compliance), UPI ID (for payouts), payment references (e.g. UTR), and complete trading activity on the platform (orders, positions, results). Card or gateway payment details, if used via a payment provider, are processed by that provider and are never stored as full card data on our servers.
To operate your accounts, enforce evaluation rules, detect prohibited activity (e.g., cross-account hedging), process payouts, verify payments, and provide support. Trade data is retained in an immutable audit log to guarantee decision transparency.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processing where applicable, infrastructure via Supabase/Vercel, market data via DhanHQ) and when required by law.
Monthly payout proofs may be shared publicly with names and identifying details hidden.
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data via the Contact Us page. Trade/audit records tied to completed evaluations may be retained as required for compliance.
