Refund Policy

General rule

Evaluation fees are payments for digital skill-evaluation access (simulated capital software) that begins immediately upon account creation, and are therefore non-refundable once the account is created. Fees are not charged for tips, signals, or investment advice. Buying a challenge means you accept the published Terms and Rulebook.

Exceptions

• Failed challenge: No refund. You may retry any time at the same 1% fee — no penalty, no hard limit.
• Duplicate / erroneous payment: If a payment succeeds but no account is created (technical failure), the full amount is refunded within 5–7 working days after verification.
• Account limit exceeded: If payment succeeds while you already have 3 active challenges, the payment is refunded.
• Disqualification for rule violations: No refund.

How to request a refund

Submit a request on the Contact Us page with your UPI UTR / payment reference and registered email. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method after verification.
